Mainstream is well positioned to be part of the Philippines’ energy transition plans, which are becoming increasingly ambitious as outlined in its National Renewable Energy Program (NREP).
Mainstream has been developing the 58.5 MW Camarines Sur onshore wind project since 2017 with its local partner and in 2022 we announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Aboitiz Power Corporation to jointly deliver the project.
The project is expected to reach financial close in 2024 and achieve commercial operation in 2025.
