Code of Conduct
The Mainstream Code of Conduct sets out what we perceive as acceptable behaviour for employees, agents, partners and all those acting on behalf of Mainstream. It aims to serve numerous purposes including; help to clarify standards expected of employees and stakeholders of the company; supporting employees to work more effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries; serving as a reference point for decision-making and reducing the likelihood of a Mainstream representative damaging the reputation of our organisation by acting in an unacceptable manner.
