Mainstream was awarded its new Great Place to Work certificate in a virtual presentation

Mainstream has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second year running after an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Ireland.

The Certification process is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience, as well as a submission on the company’s culture.

Global Head of Human Resources, Elaine Quinlan, said: “We are delighted to have achieved certification as a Great Place to Work for the second year running.

“Our people are our greatest asset and we have placed a significant emphasis on communications, development and wellbeing which is reflected in the high levels of credibility, pride and camaraderie.

“As a global renewable energy company with a unique mission, we are heartened to see that our people are highly inspired by what we do and take great pride in Mainstream as a place to work.”

Virtually presenting the certification award, Great Place to Work Ireland’s Fania Stoney said: “Great Place to Work are delighted to recognise Mainstream Renewable Power as a Certified Great Workplace again this year.

“Their ongoing commitment to creating a high trust, high performance culture is a credit to the work of their entire team. In particular, their focus on communication as a cornerstone of the employee experience stands out.

“Congratulations to all involved.”
