Summary of Role:

As a result of its ongoing growth, Mainstream Renewable Power is seeking an HR Administrator responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing and managing HR documents correctly and updating internal databases. The ideal candidate looking for an exciting opportunity within an entrepreneurial and fast-moving organisation.

 

What will you do? 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out HR administration (record keeping, employee details, movers & leavers forms etc.)
  • Invoice payments – raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Draft contracts and annexes for all new hires and for all changes throughout the year
  • Draft finiquitos for all leavers
  • Process all medical licenses
  • Liaise with external providers on all administration requirements regarding healthcare, pension etc.
  • Register all new employees with the relevant insurance forms and maintain changes
  • Follow up on vacation approvals (signed forms)
  • Send required information upon request
  • Assist in the organization of HR related events
  • Generate timely reports

What we require?

  • Formal qualification in HR
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in the HR department
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with and handle confidential information
  • Excellent reporting and IT skills including Microsoft office. Experience in Power BI, Sharepoint and BambooHR is preferable
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (English is a must)
