Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of projects through the preconstruction and construction phases to final handover to the Asset Operations team. During construction, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing one or more construction contractors and for their coordination with equipment suppliers in order to achieve the committed deadlines while keeping costs within budget and health and safety standards.
Construction Site Manager

As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for properly execute the contracts for the MRP projects construction. You will also be responsible for supporting and guiding to the Portfolio Construction Manager and the Project Managers for a correct decision-making process on contractual matters.

The Development Portfolio Manager is responsible for implementing the strategy for the Chile Development business with the main focus being on delivering the right wind and solar projects to fully consented stage so that they can be taken through financial close and into construction and operation.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible primarily for managing projects through its Development Phase up to Financial Close is achieved, when the projects are handed over to the Construction Project Manager.
Mainstream is looking for an Energy Analyst to join the team based in Santiago, Chile. The purpose of the role is to support business activities by conducting energy analysis for wind and solar development projects in Chile and potential new markets in Latin America. The role will also support the management of the meteorological stations in Chile. The successful candidate will be highly conscientious, self-starting and is expected to have an appetite for learning. This position will be part of the global Energy Analysis Group.
Engineering and Construction Manager
As the Engineering and Construction Manager, you will oversee the engineering and construction process for a group of wind and solar projects located at diversity of places in the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for the proper design of our projects and for verifying the construction is performed according the employer requirements.
You will be responsible for matters related to the environmental management of the Company's projects, focusing in particular on the projects in the Development stage, for which your environmental authorizations must be managed. Its main responsibility will be to lead environmental evaluation processes of MRP projects, defining the requirements to be fulfilled by the consulting companies that are responsible for preparing the technical documents subject to the environmental impact assessment by the Environmental Authority. This implies guaranteeing that the environmental qualification resolution permits that are obtained comply with the required standards and are delivered within the stipulated deadlines.
FP&A Analyst (temp 12-month contract) The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the Head of FP&A based in Dublin. The FP&A function will be responsible for management reporting of results and ensuring the communication of results is tailored for different layers of the organization including employees, senior management meetings, Board of Directors and outside parties.
The Financial Modeller will be in charge of preparing, building and reviewing financial models and inputs for Project Finance and M&A activities, predominantly focusing in the Chile market but also looking after the Americas region in order to assist with Mainstream’s expansion into other Latin American Markets. This role will lead the modelling process from the Mainstream side, working closely with the Head of Project Finance, the Commercial team and different areas within the company such as Procurement, Construction, Engineering and Operations.
Head of Central Construction
Mainstream Renewable Power is currently recruiting for the role of Head of Central Construction. The successful candidate will oversee the construction process for a group of wind and solar projects located in the regions across the globe where Mainstream operates (currently LATAM, Africa, Europe and APAC). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Construction Project Management and Construction Works are completed in the regions according to Mainstream’s global standards (including the Global Development Standard (GDS) and Employers Requirements (ERs)) and in line with the contracts signed with the construction contractors.
Head of Central Development
Mainstream Renewable Power is currently recruiting for a Head of Central Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the development activities undertaken in the countries where Mainstream operates meet the standard set out in MRP’s Global Development standards. The successful candidate will also ensure that knowledge, best practice and lessons learned during the development phase are captured and shared between regions. As Mainstream enters new markets the Head of Central Development will manage the provision of due diligence for target development acquisitions and joint ventures and assist the new market to identify and recruit development staff in that region.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer in Dublin, the Head of Finance is a key hire within the company. The person will not only be responsible for the management of globally diverse finance teams, but will also be a lead contributor to the development of the company.
Head of Offshore Engineering
Mainstream is currently recruiting a Head of Offshore Engineering to support the offshore team’s drive to secure and deliver significant projects, both in the UK and Worldwide . Primary responsibilities will include providing technical input to site selection, production of project specifications , managing consultants and contractors and providing input to contract documents for projects in all Mainstream’s juristictions.
Head of Project Marketing & Sales
The Head of Project Marketing & Sales will support the Mainstream Leadership team and regional platforms in identifying and influencing the low risk, long term owners of renewable energy plant. The low risk investors include pension funds and insurance companies, many of whom require identification and development. This role will broadly identify the low risk investors active internationally and specific to local markets and market the Mainstream Renewable Power opportunity to them.
Health & Safety Site Manager
The H&S Site Manager must provide comprehensive technical assistance in Safety and Occupational Health matters to the project under his/her responsibility, ensuring effective control of H&S hazards, for full compliance of internal standards and legal aspects to minimize the occurrence of incidents that may affect both persons and the environment.
Mainstream is currently recruiting for an In-house Legal Counsel. Working as part of the Dublin team, this is a senior and challenging position with wide ranging duties and responsibilities providing advice and counsel across Mainstream business globally. The primary area of responsibility will initially be managing commercial legal issues across all operational locations in multiple jurisdictions. The role will be high-profile, with significant interaction with the executive and senior management team and requires working closely with and advising colleagues in many functions across the business (Commercial, Corporate Finance, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Development, HR etc).
Portfolio Construction Manager
As the Portfolio Construction Manager, you will oversee the construction process for a group of wind and solar projects located at diversity of places in the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for the EPC contractors finalize the works according the contractual requirements on time, budget and with zero incidents.
Senior Civil Engineer
As Senior Civil Engineer you will be responsible to provide expert support on civil engineering in relation to Mainstream’s business in Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Mainstream´s projects are designed and built according either the quality and current regulation requirements.
