unrivalled leadership team
Mainstream is led by Group CEO, Mary Quaney with a world-class Global Leadership Team combining a wealth of local knowledge and experience in the renewables sector with a passion to deliver renewables at scale.
In addition to our Global Leadership Team, we have established regional leadership teams in APAC, Africa, Europe and LATAM. These teams bring a depth of local knowledge, well established business networks and expertise in their respective markets.
Our Global Development Standard ENCAPSULATES OUR UNIQUENESS AS A GLOBAL DEVELOPER
Capitalising on significant in-house experience, Mainstream implements the Global Development Standard (GDS) which is a comprehensive renewable project execution process used by all Mainstream employees. The GDS standardises all renewable project execution procedures to ensure consistency across markets, regardless of the local requirements.
we develop our projects to internationally recognised best practice standards.
ongoing community engagement
The GDS ensures attention to detail around the design of the projects and meaningful engagement with local communities.
The GDS, means Mainstream can take a greenfield or partially developed project and optimise its design, deliverability, efficiency and ultimately expedite its delivery.
Our Standard is benchmarked against the IFC Environmental and Social Standards and the Equator Principles. It is in line with the UN Guiding Principles and Human Rights and the World Bank Group Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines.
The rigorousness of Mainstream’s GDS process means the early due diligence stage filters out an unfeasible projects early on to avoid resources being used unnecessarily.
Environment Consents obtained by Mainstream since 2010.
