Our business model works slightly different for onshore and offshore projects.
Onshore
We take projects through all the stages of development and construction, until we have a built wind farm or solar plant. We then sell the plant to their natural owners; organisations such as utilities, energy intensive corporations, pension funds and so forth. Learn more.
Offshore
Firstly we get a licence to develop an area of sea. Then we take it through the entire development process and get full planning permission. At the same time we bring the project to a stage where it’s fully engineered, fully designed and all the major construction and services contracts in place. Then we sell the project at the ready-to-build stage so that the owner is ready to reach financial close and build the project. Learn more.
